Common Setup Questions
No problem! You can still use API polling (updates every 30 minutes instead of 5). Just enter your Scalelite API URL and secret. SSH is only required for:
- One-line installer script
- Real-time webhook monitoring (5-min updates)
- Server management features (enable/disable/panic)
Free tier users get API polling. Pro+ users get webhooks.
Your Scalelite API secret is stored in the LOADBALANCER_SECRET environment variable.
To find it:
- SSH into your Scalelite server
- Run:
