Recordings Overview
Scalelite Manager Pro provides a comprehensive interface for managing all your BigBlueButton meeting recordings. Access recordings from the Recordings menu in the sidebar.
Storage Usage
Your recording storage is monitored against your plan limits. A storage bar at the top shows your current usage:

Recording Actions
Available actions for each recording:
- Play: Open the recording in the BigBlueButton playback viewer
- Download: Download the recording file (presentation format)
- Publish/Unpublish: Control visibility of the recording
- Delete: Permanently remove the recording (requires confirmation)
Recording Processing Time
After a meeting ends, recordings take time to process. Processing time depends on meeting duration and server load. Most recordings are ready within 30 minutes to 2 hours.

Storage Tips
Regularly review and delete old recordings you no longer need. Unpublished recordings still count against your storage quota. Consider archiving important recordings externally before deletion.
