Recordings Overview
Scalelite Manager Pro provides a comprehensive interface for managing all your BigBlueButton meeting recordings. Access recordings from the Recordings menu in the sidebar.
Recording Usage
Your recording count is monitored against your plan limits. A progress bar at the top shows your current usage:

Recording Actions
Available actions for each recording:
- Play: Open the recording in the BigBlueButton playback viewer
- Download: Download the recording file (presentation format)
- Publish/Unpublish: Control visibility of the recording
- Delete: Permanently remove the recording (requires confirmation)
Recording Processing Time
After a meeting ends, recordings take time to process. Processing time depends on meeting duration and server load. Most recordings are ready within 30 minutes to 2 hours.
Recording Limits by Plan

Recording Tips
Regularly review and delete old recordings you no longer need. Unpublished recordings still count against your recording limit. Consider archiving important recordings externally before deletion.
