Summary Statistics
| Active Meetings | Total number of meetings currently in progress |
| Total Participants | Combined count of all users in all meetings |
| Active Cameras | Number of participants with webcam enabled |
| Recording Now | Meetings currently being recorded |
Per-Meeting Information
- Meeting Name: The name set when the meeting was created
- Server: Which BBB server is hosting the meeting
- Duration: How long the meeting has been running
- Participants: Current number of users in the meeting
- Cameras: Users with webcam enabled
- Mics Active: Users currently unmuted
Filtering Options
- By Server: Show meetings on a specific BBB server
- By Duration: Find long-running meetings (potential issues)
- Recording Only: Show only meetings being recorded
- Search: Find by meeting name or ID
Quick Actions
- View Details: Open the full meeting detail page
- End Meeting: Terminate the meeting immediately
- Join Meeting: Join as a moderator (if supported)
