Overview

The Analytics & Reports dashboard provides comprehensive insights into your BigBlueButton infrastructure usage, performance trends, and resource utilization. Use these insights to optimize capacity, track usage patterns, and generate reports for stakeholders.

Dashboard Overview

Access analytics from the sidebar under Reports → Analytics. The dashboard shows key metrics for your selected time period.

Visualize the number of concurrent meetings over time. Identify peak usage periods and plan capacity accordingly.

  • Peak Hours: See when your infrastructure is busiest
  • Trends: Track growth or decline in meeting frequency
  • Capacity Planning: Determine if you need more servers

2Participant Trends

Track total and concurrent participant counts across your cluster.

  • Total Participants: Aggregate user count for the period
  • Concurrent Peak: Maximum users at any single moment
  • Average per Meeting: Typical meeting size

3Resource Utilization

Monitor CPU, memory, and disk usage trends across your servers.

  • CPU Usage: Processing load over time
  • Memory Usage: RAM consumption patterns
  • Disk Usage: Storage growth from recordings

4Recording Statistics

Track recording volume and storage consumption.

  • Recording Count: Total recordings created
  • Storage Used: Disk space consumed
  • Growth Rate: GB added per day/week

Time Range Selection

Select a time range to filter all analytics data:

  • 24 hours: Real-time operational view
  • 7 days: Weekly patterns and trends (default)
  • 30 days: Monthly performance overview
  • 90 days: Quarterly analysis for planning
  • Custom: Select specific date range

CSV Export

Download raw data for spreadsheet analysis or integration with other tools.
