Permission Notes
- Limited Access (yellow): Admins can only change roles to Operator (not Owner) and cannot remove other Admins. Operators can only resolve alerts they acknowledged.
- Each user has their own MFA settings - enabling MFA for yourself doesn't affect other team members.
- API keys are account-wide - they're not tied to individual users.
Best Practices for Role Assignment
- Use Operator for support staff who only need to monitor and acknowledge alerts
- Use Admin for technical leads who need to configure the system
- Keep Owner role with account creator or a designated IT administrator
- Review team permissions quarterly to ensure appropriate access levels
