Understanding Team Management
Scalelite Manager Pro allows you to invite team members to collaborate on managing your BigBlueButton infrastructure. Whether you're running a small deployment or a large enterprise cluster, team management helps distribute responsibilities and maintain operational efficiency.
Why Use Team Management?
Adding team members allows multiple people to monitor servers, respond to alerts, and manage meetings without sharing a single account. Each member has their own login, role-based permissions, and activity tracking.
Team Dashboard Overview
The Team page displays all members with access to your cluster, their roles, and current status:

Understanding User Roles
Scalelite Manager Pro uses a role-based access control system with three distinct roles:
Owner
The account owner has full control over the subscription, billing, and all cluster settings. There can only be one owner per account. Owners can transfer ownership to another admin if needed.
Admin
Administrators can manage team members, configure alert rules, modify server settings, and access most features. They cannot modify billing information or delete the account.
Operator
Operators have view-only access to dashboards, meetings, and servers. They can acknowledge alerts but cannot modify configurations or manage team members. Ideal for support staff and monitoring personnel.
