Navigate to Settings → Notifications → Email to configure who receives email alerts and how they're formatted.

Alert Level Filtering

Configure which alert levels trigger email notifications:

  • Critical: Always sent immediately
  • High: Sent immediately (can be disabled)
  • Medium: Sent in digest mode or immediately
  • Low: Only in daily digest (optional)

Testing Your Configuration

  1. After saving your settings, click Send Test Email
  2. Check that the email arrives in your inbox
  3. Verify the formatting looks correct
  4. Test the quick action links work properly
