Dashboard Overview
Your dashboard displays real-time and historical metrics about your Scalelite cluster. Understanding these metrics helps you:
- Monitor cluster health
- Identify performance issues
- Plan capacity
- Troubleshoot problems
Core Metrics
Active Meetings
Number of currently running BigBlueButton meetings across all servers in your cluster.
- Normal: Varies by usage patterns
- Alert: Sudden drops may indicate server issues
Total Participants
Combined number of users in all active meetings.
- Includes: Moderators, viewers, presenters
- Use for: Capacity planning and peak usage tracking
Active Cameras
Number of participants with webcam sharing enabled.
- High ratio: More bandwidth and CPU usage
- Monitoring: Helps predict resource needs
Recording Status
Number of meetings currently being recorded.
- Impact: Each recording uses disk space and processing power
- Alert: Monitor disk space when recordings are high
Server Health Metrics
CPU Usage
Percentage of CPU resources in use across your cluster.
- Normal: 0-70%
- Warning: 70-85%
- Critical: >85%
Memory Usage
RAM utilization across all servers.
- Normal: 0-80%
- Warning: 80-90%
- Critical: >90%
Disk Space
Storage usage for recordings and logs.
