Trigger Metrics Guide
Trigger metrics determine when auto-remediation policies activate.
Available Metrics
CPU Usage
Percentage of CPU capacity being used. High CPU can cause audio/video lag.
- Normal: 0-70%
- Warning: 70-85%
- Critical: 85%+
Memory Usage
Percentage of RAM being used. High memory can cause crashes.
- Normal: 0-75%
- Warning: 75-90%
- Critical: 90%+
Disk Usage
Percentage of disk space used. Full disks prevent recordings.
- Normal: 0-80%
- Warning: 80-90%
- Critical: 90%+
Meeting Count
Number of active meetings on a server.
Server Offline
Triggers when a server becomes unreachable.
Threshold Tuning
Start with conservative thresholds and adjust based on your environment. Monitor false positives and adjust if remediations trigger too frequently.
